This is the mediation policy for the CourseAPI proxy. This policy attaches an Authorization header to the API call. The token for this header can be fetched either from the database or Adobe IMS. If the token stored in the database is not available or has expired, this policy retrieves a new token from Adobe IMS and attaches it while updating the database with the newly fetched token.
