# Ballerina SWIFT MT to ISO 20022 Data Mapper Library

## Overview

The DataMapper Library is a comprehensive toolkit designed to convert SWIFT MT FIN messages into ISO 20022 XML within Ballerina applications. It simplifies the process of mapping SWIFT MT fields to their corresponding ISO 20022 elements, leveraging predefined records and parsers from the SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 libraries. This enables developers to seamlessly convert financial messages from the flat, text-based SWIFT format into the structured ISO 20022 XML standard, ensuring accurate and efficient data conversion.

### Conversion of SWIFT fin message to ISO 20022 Xml Standard

Converts a SWIFT message in string format to its corresponding ISO 20022 XML format.

The function uses a map of transformation functions corresponding to different SWIFT MT message types 
and applies the appropriate transformation based on the parsed message type.

The following code snippet shows an example usage of this annotation. Here, the `getUUID` Ballerina function's
implementation is provided by the `java.util.UUID.randomUUID` static method.

The users are denoted by a section in the `Config.toml` file. The username, password, and the scopes of a particular
user are denoted as keys under the users section as shown below. For multiple users, the complete section has to be
duplicated.
